Cicada Cuisine Event

I attended a “Cicada Cuisine” event a couple of weeks ago at Fort Harrison State Park in Indianapolis, IN. The event featured cicadas cooked in butter and salt, and chocolate covered cicadas. I did not partake, but apparently if you like shellfish you’ll enjoy these crunchy insects.
